This Quay Side Restaurant In Dorset Serves Delicious Pizzas Using Its Top-Secret Dough Recipe

Poole Quay is a thriving, fun and beautiful place to visit. With lots of pubs, bars and restaurants, there’s lots to choose from if you want to grab a bite to eat.

Pi is an artisan pizza restaurant situated on Poole Quay, offering amazing views, a beautiful interior, and delicious food.

Whether you dine in or take away, Pi is an excellent place to enjoy with friends and family in a warm atmosphere with a pretty backdrop.

You won’t want to miss out on this place when in the area; it’s a haven for pizza lovers!

Pi offers a unique pizza menu that is packed with interesting and mouthwatering flavour combinations.

This isn’t your standard pizza place, which adds to the brilliance of the restaurant.

Diners get a choice of waterside dining with views of Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island or sitting in the stunning and cosy restaurant.

There is also an event space that can be hired out.

The open-plan space allows you to watch your pizza being made while creating a relaxed and friendly vibe.

The staff are attentive and on hand to answer any questions about the menu.

Serving larger-than-life 20″ pizzas to a smaller but equally tasty 12.”

Also offering small plates, salads and tasty dips.

The restaurant is open 7 days a week, with the kitchen open until late, closing at 10 pm Sunday to Thursday and 10:30 pm Friday to Saturday.

Diners can choose from one flavour to half and half and can even go thirds.

Ideal for sharing and giving you lots of chances to enjoy the different flavour combinations.

The pizza pictured above is half Nduja and the other half Smoked Ham Hock.

Everything is made in-house with the freshest, seasonal, and local produce.

Pi also sources ingredients that they believe are the best, using produce from Spain, Italy, and local UK suppliers.

The dough is made using a top-secret recipe and with specialist flour from Italy.

It’s fermented for 72 hours, adding lots of flavour and producing a light and crispy base for the pizzas. All are stretched by hand and made in-house.

The children’s menu offers lots of choices for even the pickiest of eaters and are good-sized portions.

The dips, such as Garlic and Herb Aioli and Smoked Chipotle Aioli, are worth a special mention for their great taste and are perfect for sharing.

There is also a small dessert menu offering tiramisu, cheesecakes, artisan ice cream and more.

As well as a pizza place, Pi’s is also a cocktail bar specialising in handcrafted cocktails guaranteed to brighten up your day.

Visitors can enjoy cocktails such as Limoncello Mule, Wake Up Martini, Pi-Star Martini and more. Also a choice of soft drinks, teas and coffees.

Pi’s is the perfect place for any pizza lover, offering combinations and flavours that complement each other in a unique way.
