Lyme Regis is famous for its fossil hunting, museums and historic sites; however, one of the things it should be famous for is Poco Pizza.

A restaurant whose slogan is ‘Just How Pizza Should Taste’ prides itself on giving you the very best ingredients and is served by helpful and friendly staff.

Poco Pizza is a feast of the very best kind. Who doesn’t love a pizza?

Welcoming families, dogs (on the outdoor terrace), and everything in between here’s why Poco Pizza is a must-visit when in Lyme Regis.

They taste as good as they look.

The pizzas are prepared by hand using thoughtfully sourced ingredients. The wood-fired pizza is authentic and brings you the taste of Italy to Lyme Regis.

Tucked away in Lyme Regis, this cosy pizzeria is a hidden gem.

The restaurant can be accessed off of the promenade and up a set of stairs. The pizzeria is intimate but has a rustic and chilled vibe.

Stylish Edison light bulbs and fairy lights give the restaurant a relaxed ambience.

The kitchen and wood-fired oven are in view, adding to the atmosphere.

This is where the magic happens!

The view from the outside terrace is a showstopper and is hard to beat. The relaxed vibe continues outside.

The rustic and natural decor complements the space and adds a holiday feel to the terrace.

Music to suit the mood puts everyone at ease and ready to feast on some authentic, delicious pizza.

You have stunning views of the Lyme Regis coastline.

The terrace is a feel-good setting on a warm summer day, and during windy, cooler days, the gazebo walls come down to create a cosy cocoon whilst still giving you amazing views.

The terrace is a beautiful spot for a drink and a pizza.

The menu is purposely small to ensure the diners get the very best service and well-prepared food.

This helps you to not feel overwhelmed with the choices and leaves you happy and satisfied with what you choose.

The food is well thought out and offers something for everyone to enjoy.

The drinks menu is impressive, with a good selection of soft drinks and offering amazing Italian wine and beers.

Every pizza is crafted with love ❤️.

The Romanian-style pizzas mean you get the gorgeous thin and crispy base topped with authentic ingredients that make your taste buds come alive.

The crispy base also compliments the toppings and doesn’t fill you up too quickly.

The flavours are so pleasing that you will want to finish the whole thing.

We can vouch, the Tiramisu was delicious!

Even after all the pizza, you have to try the dessert. The Tiramisu is a favourite among the locals. We tried it, and it was the best!

The flavours will satisfy all the sweet-toothed people out there. If you fancy something a little different, then the brownie is another hit, or you can enjoy some Italian gelato.

The authentic Italian tastes and flavours are delicious.

There’ll be no regrets about trying out Poco’s, and you’ll want to go back for more!

With its relaxed vibe, beautiful surroundings and very friendly staff, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a meal when in Lyme Regis.
