  • Children aged five to eight must be accompanied by a paying adult, or by one if additional support is required.
  • On arrival, please present your ticket at the Entry Hut. You will be guided to the animal area by the play park. (Adults do not need to pay garden entry if they hold an event ticket.)
  • A short safety briefing will be given before the session begins. Handling may be paused if the wellbeing of the animals needs to be protected.

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. For questions, contact [email protected].

While visiting, you can also enjoy the gardens, play park, ride-on tractors, and meet more of the animals around the site. It’s a wonderful day out for families looking to experience something a little different this autumn.

Born and raised in Dorset, I've lived most my entire life in Poole and Bournemouth. I have a deep appreciation for my local area and a passion for travelling. The best hikes for me are in the pouring rain—there's nothing quite like it!
