Sae seaweed baths is a lovely add on to Fore as it offers amazing spa sessions whilst using the abundance of natural ingredients we have on offer in Dorset.

Why Seaweed?

Seaweed is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and great for treating psoriasis and eczema; it moistens and hydrates the skin, improves circulation and is also great for hair and nails.

As well as that it helps the signs of aging and arthritis and reduces inflammation.

The session includes two rolled top baths, with the seaweed put into muslin bags, allowing the hot water to run through whilst the bath is filling up.

When the seaweed is in the hot water, it will excrete oils into the bath water, giving you a relaxing, natural experience.

Amazing ocean views from the baths add to the atmosphere, making you forget where you are and allowing you to truly let go.

If you like, you can take the seaweed out of the bag and bath with it floating around you.

During the session, you’ll be offered a seaweed face mask and foot scrubs. You can also take your muslin seaweed bag home to use up to two more times in your bath at home.

🪸 No make-up or suncream should be worn during your bath due to strict protocols with the wastewater.

The seaweed is hand-harvested by foragers at Fore Adventure, who hold a seaweed foraging licence on the Dorset coast.

You’ll come away from Sae feeling brand new and rejuvenated. Enjoy!
