Nestled in the Tower Park leisure complex in Poole, Splashdown has been a firm favourite for families since 1990.

Are you brave enough to try the Infinitiy slide?

Shoot down into a highspeed drop whilst lasers and music play, making the ride more exciting whilst you spin around the bowl before you plunge into the pool. It’s a fun ride for any thrill seeker.

Or can you handle The Screamer?

Descend through 40 metres of slide in 5 seconds, a fast-paced ride for all adrenaline junkies out there.

Note: The seasonal slides are open from May – November

Don’t worry; if speed isn’t your thing, the rides aren’t all fast-paced and toe-curling.

Some are slower, with fewer drops and blackouts, such as The Colorado Coaster, a slide full of bends and dips before a final drop into the main pool. This is an easy slide but still just as thrilling.

If you have really little ones, don’t worry; Splashdown has three splash zones. From Ricky’s Reef, a toddler pool that’s perfect for little ones who aren’t big enough for the main waterpark.

To Buccaneer Splash, an interactive water play area with water canons and a small flume.

A ride guaranteed to put a smile on your face is The Mississippi Drifter, an inflatable tyre ride through slides and whirlpools, can you stay on your tyre through the whole ride?

For the parents who want to enjoy the experience or have an area to chill out whilst the children play, you can sit in the jacuzzi or lounge across the bubble bench.

If you’re not in the mood to do so, then there is a cafe serving hot/cold drinks, light bites and more.

Splashdown also holds childens parties suitable for 7 years and up. The perfect place to celebrate birthdays with the guarantee of fun and excitement.
