Visiting a farm shop offers lots of benefits, from fresh local produce and natural beauty products to freshly baked bread and friendly service.

Modbury Farm Shop is in a small village in Bridport and provides visitors with a unique and loving experience.

Using the ‘Lensomy Lifestyle’, the shop is bursting with Dorset produce and independently made items that the owners love and want to share with their customers.

Here’s what to expect.

Modbury Farm Shop

Located in the farmyard of Modbury Farm, the shop opened its doors in May 2023 and is run by husband and wife team Tim and Lucinda.

This beautiful store is an asset to the community and provides locals and visitors with the best produce around.

Customers will be warmly welcomed when entering and will love the beautiful natural interiors and abundance of stock.

The Lensomy Lifestyle is old Sanskrit and is a way of life that means living with unconditional love, finding gratitude and living with joy in your heart.

Lucy and Tim believe and stand by this way of living, especially when it comes to the products in store.

Every product they provide is something that they love and embraces nature and the natural ingredients.

Beautifully made Lensomy products are in store that are kind to the environment and bring you closer to nature.

Other organic items are also available, such as knitting wool, pure wool scarves and wraps, and beauty and home items.

You can treat yourself or buy a beautifully made gift for a loved one.

An abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables are available, grown and sourced from local farms.

The beauty of a farm shop compared to a supermarket chain is the freshness of the produce, and knowing you’re being sustainable, you know exactly where it came from and can have a face-to-face friendly exchange during your visit.

The meat on offer is also as fresh as you can get, such as the Modbury reared grass-fed beef and lamb.

Other meat products on offer are gluten-free sausages, meat stuffing, black pudding, venison and more.

Everything is put into the freezer to keep it as fresh as possible, giving you the best flavours.
