With a friendly owner, Jeanette received a silver award for The Poole Bid Retail Business Award 2024, nominated by her customers.

It shows that having a friendly and welcoming approach goes far, and customers will always come back for more!

An independent shop also makes it a more personal and enjoyable shopping experience.
